StocksMonkey is a trading name of Redditch Connected Ltd (“company”, “I”, “we” or “us”), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 11625172, with its registered office at Suite M2, The Business Centre, Edward Street, Redditch, Worcestershire, United Kingdom, B97 6HA.
Redditch Connected Ltd (“company”, “I”, “we” or “us”) is dedicated to respecting the privacy of your personal information, and this privacy policy describes what information is collected from you on https://www.stocksmonkey.com and related sites (hereinafter the “website”) and how it is used.
The term “you” refers to anyone who uses, visits and/or views the website.
By visiting and using the website, you accept and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy. Your continued use of the website after posting of any changes to our Refund Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes and updates. You must not access or use the website if you do not wish to be bound by this Refund Policy.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when you may request a refund.
Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), who act as our Merchant of Record.
Any refunds will be issued through Paddle, back to your original payment method.
Customers in the UK & European Union
If you are purchasing as a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel (“cooling-off period”) without giving a reason.
- For first/initial subscription purchases, it begins the day after your initial subscription starts.
- If you ask us (or Paddle) to provide digital content or services immediately, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may end once the service is fully delivered.
- This statutory is only applicable to first/initial payments.

Customers Outside the UK/EU (US & Rest of World)
For all other customers:
- Standard Refund Window: Refund requests are generally accepted within 14 days of purchase for initial subscription payments.
- Subscription Renewals: Renewal charges are refundable if requested within 14 days of the renewal date.
- After 14 days: Refunds are not normally available, but may be granted at our discretion (for example, in cases of duplicate charges, technical issues, or other exceptional circumstances).
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at support@stocksmonkey.com with your order number and reason for the request.
- If approved, we will instruct Paddle to process the refund.
- Refunds are always returned to your original payment method.
Processing Time
- Card payments: Refunds usually appear within 3–5 business days but may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
- PayPal payments: Refunds typically appear within 48 hours.
- Refunds can only be processed within Paddle’s payment method limits (e.g. card payments up to 120 days old; PayPal up to 179 days).
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or PayPal instead of contacting us, this may delay the resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.
